Unique Table by Dan Peters
USA 1994

Illuminated dining or center table by artist and Professor Daniel Peters commissioned in the mid-1990s and completed in 1999 for the sole, previous owner. The table is made of curly maple wood with colored acrylic accents in shapes of full circles, hollow circles, and rectangles. The round top has a rounded edge and a center, turning nob that controls the lighting feature that illuminates the table's middle support. The base comprises four shaped legs that each have a circular colored acrylic detail; two blue, one red and one yellow.
